Three finials needed replacing on a fairly modern house. Access was difficult so cherry picker was used.
The clients decided that they wanted the underneath area enclosed to give them a little more storage space. the original stairs were too narrow and the handrail was just not right with the rest of the house.
This job involved two triple bay windows well protected under a villa porch. we stripped, reglazed and swapped hardware then repainted both inside and out. required new exterior moldings and rot repairs and sash balancing for new glass.
